This polo sweater from Dockers has one of the best overall fits of any shirt I've ever owned and was a work horse for me when I was a barista. Is made from a poly blend that is super soft and has held up pretty much to a tee since I first got it second hand 2 years ago. This one is a size Medium but fits a little smaller.
