D Rose is one of the largest examples of potential hindered by injury in NBA history. His shoes are reminiscent of this as there could've been amazing colorways and technology incorporated later down the line to enhance the classic feel of his earlier silhouettes. I personally think the 6 still holds up as a basketball shoe and this pair is a size 11.
